I am using Windows 7 Professional and UNC works for local computer files... (that is using UNC addressing)

UNC addressing "appears" to work for remote files, ie it runs through them as though it is processing, but never turns up anything.

The fact that it actually tries to search through these files suggests this is a bug, I don't see anywhere where documented that it limits searches to local drives, and in fact the browser folder structure button is how I found computers on my network.

I would vote for this to be fixed.

One thing I noticed, also is that network drives which are mapped.. they search fine.
