Hallo,
I'm very pleased to try pspad as an replacement for UltraEdit.
I would like to get the following enhancement for pspad:
If you start pspad on the commandline with the name of a new file in a directory, pspad should create that file (perhaps configurable what it should do).

With this version pspad create a file path with the given filename, that resides in the installation directory of pspad. This doesn't work in Windows 7 and is not in purpose.

Thank you for this phantastic editor!
Jürgen
