Cannot work properly with files which has Unicode chars in its path (Cyrillic, Hebrew etc.)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to rename a file or a folder it is situated in and use some strange characters such as Cyrillic or Hebrew in it.
What is the expected output?
The PSPad should work properly with this file as usual.
What do you see instead?
You cannot save the file or sometimes it is even not opened properly.
What's your operating system?
Windows 7 x64

Oh, I have tested this issue, because I'm using some Unicode features frequently.
I'd created a folder, named with ბორჯომი, then created a new file via PSPad, pasted ბორჯომი into it and saved as ბორჯომი\ბორჯომი.txt.
Some issues are present. PSPad itself can open and save file using dialog boxes, but treats it as read-only. I can drag'n'drop that file from Windows Explorer, PSPad opens it, but also treats as read-only. I can't open the file with double click, it's name becomes ???????\???????.txt.
Windows XP x64.
