How to reproduce:
1. Type Shift+Ctrl+N -
2. expected: switch to Selection Type 'Normal Selection'
actual: a new file opens

Reason:
Shift+Ctrl+N is mapped to 'aNewFile' in KeyMap.INI

Workaround:
remove the 'aNewFile' shortcut in KeyMap.INI
